By accessing https://musclepals.com ("Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Site is operated by Szymon Świderski (doing business in Poland). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Products (AI Disclaimer)

You acknowledge that the Personalized Training Plans and Body Analysis Reports sold on this Site are generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms based on data you provide.

Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate data (weight, height, goals). Inaccurate input will result in inaccurate output, which is not grounds for a refund/claim.
Educational Use Only: These products are for informational purposes only.

3. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY WAIVER (READ CAREFULLY)

THE CONTENT PROVIDED BY MUSCLEPALS.COM IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE.

BY USING OUR PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE THAT: A. YOU SHOULD CONSULT A PHYSICIAN BEFORE STARTING ANY EXERCISE OR NUTRITION PROGRAM. B. MUSCLEPALS.COM AND ITS OWNER ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PHYSICAL INJURY, ILLNESS, OR HEALTH COMPLICATION THAT MAY RESULT FROM FOLLOWING THE PLANS GENERATED BY OUR AI. C. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SELLER FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS.

4. Payments and Delivery

Prices: All prices are final and include applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated at checkout for US State Sales Tax).
Payment Processor: Payments are processed securely via PayU or other designated processors.
Delivery: Digital files are delivered automatically via email immediately after payment confirmation.

5. Refund Policy

A. Non-Personalized Digital Goods (Standard eBooks) You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the file. Once a standard digital file is downloaded, sales are typically final, but we grant a 14-day window for valid issues.

B. Personalized AI Products (Training Plans/Reports) ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because these products are custom-generated based on your specific specifications, we do not offer standard refunds.

C. Voluntary "Satisfaction Guarantee" Notwithstanding the above, we offer a voluntary Satisfaction Guarantee under the following strict conditions:

You cannot request this during the first 14 days.
You may request a refund if you are unhappy with the results between Day 15 and Day 45 after your purchase.
To claim this, you must email en-support@musclepals.com and explicitly use the word "Guarantee" in your request. General refund requests not referencing this guarantee may be denied.

6. Intellectual Property

All content is the property of the Seller. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, resell, or publish the files.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be settled by binding arbitration, rather than in court.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. However, if you are a US consumer, strictly mandatory US consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract may apply.
